Functional Interval Training F.I.T. 20:00 - 20:50 Functional Interval Training - with Mega Mall
Includes a general warm-up, followed by exercises with different effects in the interval mode of operation and recovery. The pace of music is 125-145 BPM. The training ends with stretching. Suitable for both beginners and advanced.

Includes elements from Yoga, Pilates and Tai-chi. Control of the breathing is part of all exercise in the program as well as different options for the different levels of each participant.
