Pump 19:00 - 19:50 Pump - with Studentski grad
Program with weights. The weights used are light weights, dumbbells and own weight. In addition, a broad step platform is used. The programs last 45 and 50 minutes and are divided into intervals with short breaks.

Yoga 18:00 - 18:50 Yoga - with Studentski grad
This class is for practitioners of all levels and consists of a complex whose purpose is to build strength, balance and flexibility. Practice includes restorative poses at the end of class. This is the perfect way to start your day.
Functional training 19:00 - 19:50 Functional Training - with Studentski grad
Includes a general warm-up, followed by exercises with different effects in the interval mode of operation and recovery. The pace of music is 125-145 BPM. The training ends with stretching. Suitable for both beginners and advanced.
